Basic residential cleaning is routine maintenance cleaning of occupied homes. This service focuses on visible, commonly used surfaces in living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces to manage everyday soil and debris. It's designed to maintain a home that's already in good shape between visits.

Deep Residential Cleaning
Also known as: spring cleaning, intensive cleaning, detail cleaning, heavy cleaning
Deep cleaning covers all Basic Residential Cleaning plus detailed cleaning of areas skipped during routine maintenance, targeting visible surfaces: floors, walls, baseboards, appliances, sinks, toilets, showers, and exterior cabinets—to remove accumulated soil and buildup.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is a comprehensive reset of fully vacant residential properties. Because the home is empty, we can access every surface — inside cabinets, closets, appliances, and all interior areas. This is the most comprehensive residential service we offer.

Also known as: Airbnb cleaning, vacation rental turnover, guest-ready cleaning, hospitality cleaning
Short-term rental cleaning is a systematic turnover of furnished properties between guest stays. This service focuses on visible, high-use surfaces to remove soil and residue from guest occupancy. The property is reset to guest-ready condition through consistent surface-level cleaning and turnover preparation.

STR turnover is guest-presentation focused, not deep cleaning. For periodic resets between booking seasons, pair with a scheduled Deep Clean.
